Norton Edu Advisors is the brainchild of Punnya Vij and Parul Tuli, bringing together the
expertise of two distinguished professionals in education and career counseling.
Punnya Vij, renowned as the "Harvard whisperer," founded EduCoach Services in 2012,
setting a benchmark in college and career counseling. With a personalized approach
and a track record of success, EduCoach Services has guided countless students to
realize their dreams.

Parul Tuli, an accomplished Indian lawyer and entrepreneur with an LLM from Columbia
University, has a unique perspective on international education. Her journey intersects
with UK boarding school prep firm Norton Alexander, where she earlier played a pivotal
role. Drawing from her rich experience and connections, Parul adds invaluable insight to
Norton Edu Advisors.

Jane Phelps, former Housemistress and Head of Department at Rugby School in the UK, brings a wealth of knowledge in UK boarding school admissions and heads the UK Boarding School wing at Norton Edu Advisors. Her meticulous approach and deep understanding of the
process ensure that students find the perfect fit for their educational journey.
The inception of Norton Edu Advisors is rooted in professional collaboration and
personal connections. Parul and Punnya first crossed paths when Parul's son, Ishaan,
sought college counseling and SAT tutoring services from EduCoach Services. Under
Punnya's guidance, Ishaan excelled academically and gained admission to his desired
colleges, including New York University. Impressed by the results, Parul engaged
EduCoach Services for her own academic pursuits, leading to successful admits to UC
Berkeley and Columbia University.

Through Jane Phelps's assistance, Parul navigated the UK boarding school application
process for Ishaan, ultimately choosing Rugby School, a decision that proved
transformative for his personal and professional growth.
